Baby Back Bacon Ribs recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys

Not happy with your high priced Baby Backs? Because they are a lot leaner than Spare Ribs, Loin Ribs (often called Baby Backs) can be difficult to keep moist and tender during a long low and slow. Try these easy to smoke on a grill BBQ Pit Boys Pork Ribs wrapped in a Web of thick cut Bacon for that perfect moist and tender rib every time.

    If your going to go through the trouble, leave the fat on! Bacon wrapped? Are you fracking kidding me??? I can’t believe I didn’t think of that…..and shooting to boot!!     @drmarrese101 …This one only used 1.5 chimney fulls. It all depends on your type of grill, ambient temperature, amount of meat you’re smokin’, how many times you lift that lid to check it out or mop…If you need to bring up the temp a bit, just add some pre-lit charcoal and then re-adjust your vents!

    Dear pit boys, do your coals stay hot and at the same temp for 3 hours? or do you top up with coals?

    @MegaDeathwarrant, 7-10 hours? A longer smoke doesn’t always mean better, especially for pork ribs. But if CUZ serves it this way, then go for it. -BBQ Pit Boys

    @MegaDeathwarrant ..8-10 hours? Spare Ribs? lol For a brisket, yeah. But, sorry dude, tell Cousin he might want to shorten his low and slow if he wants a real moist and tender rib and not jerky!

    for 3 hours? That’s no good, you want to slow cook that as much as possible. Many people do it for minimum of like 7 hours. My cousin does it for 8 to10 hours, he wakes up at around 4 or 5 in the morning and starts.
