Bloody Mary Burgers (grilling)

The grilling season is here and it’s time to spice up your burgers. Be sure to check out Jack’s new store: jacksstore.spreadshirt.com and PLEASE SUBSCRIBE. Here is the recipe ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 3/4 cup ketchup 1 teaspoon celery salt 4 oz. of horseradish 2 teaspoons of hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce Make bloody mary ketchup by mixing the ketchup, celery salt, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Add mixture into meat. Add some bread crumbs to bind the meat together. Make patties and grill. Optional: Saute celery slices in balsamic vinegar until vinegar is thick and syrupy. Top burgers with this mixture.

    I made this recipe? today and must admit that I cheated badly!!! I eliminated the ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce and replace them with 1 cup of Jack’s amazing Hot BBQ Sauce instead and everybody absolutely loved it!

    Cross contamination?? Because raw celery can be so damn deadly at times? Thank goodness Jack didn’t add lettuce, pickles,onions or tomatoes? to the burger or you would really be freaking out.

    okay ill set the record straight for all you wanna be know it alls. i was born and raised in worcester. the sauce is pronounced Wuss-ter shire sauce its not that hard. and i hate to be the bad guy but @jakatak69 next time you plan on cutting those burgers wash the chef knife off? bro, cross contaminations isnt something you want to promote on your show, especially if when you get on t.v.

    It’s cooking, you can replace anything with almost anything, I am willing to bet you even pinapple would work let alone onions (but yeah, onions with balsamic? is a sure win, been using them for ages for my steak sandwiches)
