Chicken Pot Pies are a delicious country style dish. Succulent Chicken Thigh Fillets and fresh Vegetables are combined in a thick savoury sauce, then topped with golden, flakey Puff Pastry.     @missxlittlexawesome There’s not crust on the bottom, because these are Chicken Pot Pies. There isn’t meant to be crust on the bottom 😉

    It looks delicious but why not put a crust on the bottom? I find they are much more savory when you get. That crispy upper crust and the savory, gravy soaked lower bit. Also grape seed oil is a great, green, and healthier substitute for olive oil, I think it’s cheaper too. Great video, hope u find my comment helpful.

    i am watching your video, right when u bring up the cup of chicken stock, i thought i dont have any chicken stock, i’m just gonna use a cube of chicken boullion and add water, then u said, i’m using the powder, haha
    good recipe, i cook it and made Biscuits on the side, it rocks
    ROCKSSSSS!!!!!!!!!

    @zyoshimoriz I find even picky eaters don’t notice the vegetables in this one. They get distracted by the pastry and chicken! You can try it without the vegetables, but it will change the consistency 😉
