@Gregorydelange101 cooked nuts are really bad for the body eat raw soaked nuts only and you will not be allergic.

    hi dan

no i just got roasted, salted almons.. they itch in my throat

ive never found any raw unpasteurized nuts where i live

let’s say i blend these raw unpasteurized nuts, will they do me harm?

or do i really need to add in bacteria so they can digest it for me and take away the allergens?

    hi dan/lou

im allergic to almonds.. i get a itchy throat if i eat them and on a test it was shown im allergic to this stuff

should i just try other nuts? or does the soaked, cultured version doesn’t have this issue?

should i test with a small amount of almonds to start with?

hi, instead of using the NCP probiotic blend, is it ok to use yogurt starter from other brands and still follow your method of leaving it at room temperature and not incubate it in oven or yogurt maker?

@xXOILER1594Xx Ummm, most houses have them already.

He is 57 or 58 years old dude. He also has a more conservative look. Dan is hip and fit. Lou is conservative looking and fit. You must be very young.

Is there something similar to the protoelytic probiotic by NCP?? These are too expensive for their tiny size.

  15. NecessaryKnowledge Says:

it’s easy to listen to Dan about nutritions, because he has a nice body, but Lou seems “FRUMPY” to me, why is that? Genetics? I want to look like Dan, but what if I end up looking like Lou? Then it wouldn’t be worth it for me to even try this stuff.

@xXOILER1594Xx Hahaha. Stoves & microwaves come with houses & apartments. Raw fooist or not, you’ll VERY likely have a stove and/or microwave if you’re moving into a modern, recently built or remodeled home.
Is it REALLY strange that he has them??? HAHAHA!!! Just didn’t think that one through.

Interesting maybe he drinks wine instead of water 😉 Its very strange for am man who supposedly live raw for 38 years to have a stove and microwave in his kitchen.
