    @SuperVeggieDelight Thanku so much, i will try to c in the grocery shop for thai long grain rice, coz walmart is far away from where i live, and yes i did c ur video on how to make yoghurt and ginger garlic and green chilli paste video, and the video on how to make roti pulka. good loved ur video, only if u can show the brand it will help us more and specially me, coz i make roti with Golden temple wheat flour it is a white and red packet color, what wheat flour would u suggest.thanku soo much

    I use Thai long grain rice usually buy from Walmart. Hope this helps. I don’t remember the brand but usually I buy thai rice

    Hi Bhavna, saw ur video of dosa, the dosa looks yum and im sure it must be yum, i do make dosa but always have problem with rice, and the proportion, now im going to try ur method of making dosa, if u dont mind can u tell me what is the name of the long grain rice u have used making this dosa so i can try with it, good luck to u.

    It does take at least 3mins evne if they are thin. What I usually do I use two tavas. And I always make big one. And if i have invited few people, then I use third one which is my electric griddle where you can make almost restaurant style big size dosa. I don’t want you to spend much money just for making Dosa but as I said atleast try to use two tavas to reduce waiting time. Good luck and enjoy!

    Thank you so much for this recipe…I love dosa and have tried to make it crispy like the restaurant’s dosa so many times and it works sometimes, not crispy but soft othertimes. But the taste is not really like the restaurant’s dosa…So I m going to try ur recipe…It looks like I will get success this time…But hey I have a question, how long does it take u to make 1 dosa? because I use high flame and it takes me about 5 mins to make just 1 dosa and my family hate waiting while eating…haha!
