These are off the hook delicious, I didn’t have instant potatoes or club soda, at the time, so I improvised. Let’s just say I used an old science project method, to create carbon dioxide, and it went sorely array. But I still ended up with some of the crunchiest, onion rings in my history! Try this awesome method of Chef John’s. These are the best onion rings and couldn’t be easier.
