    Yes, you can use chinese bitter melon. It’s actually has even little less bitterness than Indian bitter gourd. Enjoy!

    Have you tried using the Chinese bitter melon before? The one with more rounded/less spiky bumps. If so, is the taste pretty much the same?
    I have not seen the Indian variety for sale locally.

    I’ll will try to do a video response here my mom prepares pachadi out of bitter gourd…thanks for the recipe bhavana…in bangalore we even get bitter gourd chips to have with sambar and rice i think you can get in south asian store if you find it try to taste it once its very nice….:)
