Kheera Ka Soup

Cucumber 4 nos.
Green chili 1 tsp.
Mint leaves, chopped 2 tsp.
Curd/Yogurt 3 cups
Salt To taste

Peel the cucumber and cut roughly. Add mint leaves, green chilies and salt. Grind all the above with some water in mixer. Add Curd/Yogurt and grind again. Serve chilled.
