This is not called wrong teaching but new way of making it. I had this kind of paneer bhurji with creamy gravy at restaurant so I made it and it exactly tasted like restaurant. Moreover, I have shown traditional way of making paneer bhurji as well so better check out first and then leave this kind of comment. Have fun!

Yes, it is high in fat. I usaully make this recipe once in a while…Since my older son loves it a lot..But you can come up with your own lowfat recipe. such as omit cashews, add margerine instead of butter, and replace paneer with tofu…etc
    Thank you

  21. jai82leo Says:

This recipe is very high in fat content…cashews, so much of heavy cream, butter and then paneer!!

  22. SuperVeggieDelight Says:

Usually, I eat this in one of the restaurant and there it has name Paneer Bhurji, so I call it the same. Also Paneer Bhurji can be dry or with gravy. But anyway, you can call anything you like.
    Thank you

  23. Matrixenigmawind Says:

    Hi Bhawna,
