Is this ok without silantro? I’m allergic to silantro, so for me, it tastes like soap. (Literally) I’m just wondering if it’s a big part of the overall “flavor.”

They are both a combination or different spices. The Tandoori Masala is used more in dishes that need to be barbequed and Garam Masala is used in dishes and spices up the food. Garam Masala is used more than Tandoori Masala.
    Hope that helps!

Love your recipes, but you need to do something about on the audio, frying the onion and comments about blow my speakers out. Most of the other videos I’ve viewed are low volume and sound like you’re in metal box

  18. ShowMeTheCurry Says:

Indian stores carry all of those. If you don’t have one close to you, try a organic/natural foods store, you’ll find most of them there.
